There are many events of interest to rockhounds in and around Ontario and Quebec. Not only do we have events sponsored by our member clubs listed here, we have also listed activities that would be of interest to our members, which are within a day's driving distance.

Arrive before 8:30 a.m. Sign in as soon as you arrive.  Safety talk at 8:45 a.m. sharp. Safety gear must be worn including a safety vest, long pants, hard hat and steel-toe shoes.  A tag-in, tag-out policy is in effect. Liability waiver must be signed. Collectors need to be over 16 years old.

  28 Walker Club Annual Mineral Auction
Sunday 12 - 3:30? Waddington's Auctions, 111 Bathurst Street (at Adelaide), Toronto, ON.
Preview at noon with the auction to begin at 1 pm. This annual event is the main fund raising activity of the Walker Mineralogical Club. Members may submit items to be auctioned. Anyone may attend and bid on over one hundred lots of beautiful, rare and high quality mineral specimens, books, equipment, etc. Often the bidding is spirited and it always is fun!
