Rules, Safety, & Insurance:
Extra rules for Ridgemount Quarries:
1) Ridgemount Quarries are working quarries:
a) FULL SAFETY GEAR is required.
b) You must be 16 years or older.
2) You will sign a liability sheet for Walker Brothers.
a) As well as sign a liability sheet for NPGS. (In other words, you’ll be signing twice.)
3) You must have a flashing amber light on your car.
Please note: You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these rules.
Safety gear is Ontario Law .
Flashing beacon lights are Walker Brothers extra rules - they are the owners.
Please ensure that you read this document - it is very important that you are an ethical rockhounder. Thank you.

Participants asked if we could have one day in 2019 at Ridgemount “South” instead of a split day between Ridgemount & Ridgemount “South”.
So, we went for it.
Ridgemount Quarry can be visited on Fridays.
(and can be visited on the same day as the June 28th “south” field trip.)
